Shipping Policy
Processing time: The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.
Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Refund Policy
I accept returns (other than items stated below unless faulty) on any un-personalised items within 14 days of receipt of goods. You then have 14 days further to return the items to me, buyer paying the return postage cost.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
I accept returns and exchanges:
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Return items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items including earrings for pierced ears (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
