All items are posted 2nd class large letter in a Jiffy bag to keep your jewellery protected.
Refund Policy
I am only able to offer refunds if a product has been damaged in transit. If any product has been damaged due to bending or carelessness I am unable to refund. The products are gentle so please do not damage them.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If you wish to cancel the order please do so within 24 hours, however if the item has already shipped you cannot cancel the order.
If you would like to return a necklace this is fine as long as the product is in perfect condition. If you would like to return earrings this is also fine but due to hygiene reasons I’ll have to charge £1 off loss of parts.
If you would like to exchange a necklace this is fine and will be no charge unless the new design is a different price. If you wish to exchange a pair of earrings there will once again be a £1 fee for hygiene reasons.
Any returns or exchanges back to the seller must be paid for by the customer.
