Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch readily available frames within 1-3 working days 
of order confirmation.

Personalised frames will be made to order, and will be dispatched 
within 3-4 working days.

FREE delivery - will be via Royal Mail or Hermes. 

Currently we only deliver within the UK.

Refund Policy

Personalised and custom orders are exempt from refunds.

Refunds for non-personalised items may be considered if items arrive 
damaged, and advised to us within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. 
Photo evidence will be required.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
