I abide by distance selling regulations and if you have received an item that you wish to return, please let me know as soon as possible after you have received the item and, in any event, within 14 days of receipt. You must then arrange to return the item to me within 30 days from receipt. If the item is faulty then I will refund you the cost of the item plus postage and return postage. If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, postage will not be refunded. In the interests of hygiene, I am not able to accept the return of pierced earrings unless the item received is faulty. Of course, I will check any item you return, if it is stated as faulty, and will refund if I do find the item to be faulty. If any item is not faulty, I will advise you why it is not considered faulty. Items made as bespoke requests are also excluded from this policy.
I make a lot of my items from semi precious materials that are subject to natural variations. Please also be aware that monitor settings can make things appear a different shade than they actually are. All my photos depict the actual colour of my items and I cannot accept returns due to you feeling that the item is not the exact colour represented in the photo. If I receive a batch of materials containing anything that has an unsightly natural imperfection then I do not use such materials in any of my items. Therefore, I cannot accept returns because you feel that a particular item used in one of my designs is imperfect as semi precious and other materials do contain acceptable natural imperfections.
Many items I make are one-offs. If I send you something and it arrives damaged in the post, I may not be in a position to make you another. In that scenario, upon production of photos of the damaged item(s), I will only be in a position to offer you a full refund. If I have the same materials available to make you the same item(s) then I will send you new items.
If I am making an item for you on request, I will send you photos of the item to approve. If you approve the item, I will not be able to accept returns, unless the item is faulty.
