Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or bank holidays.
If I am experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please
allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your
order, I will contact you via email.
Shipping costs & delivery estimates
All orders are automatically sent via Royal Mail First Class Signed For. Postage costs are £4 and delivery aim is next day. If you require a fully tracked or faster service please contact for a quote.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation once your order has shipped. Orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class Signed For, if you require a fully tracked service please contact for quotes.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Tiny Bird Tea Party is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All
fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
In the unfortunate event that your order is received damaged please contact Tiny Bird Tea Party directly with photographic evidence of damage and packaging. You will then be offered the option of replacement or refund, however, due to the nature and uniqueness of the products it will not be guaranteed that you will receive another bird feeder the same as previously ordered.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I am here to help.
In the event you change your mind about the bird feeder you have received you will be asked to return the feeder at cost to yourself. Once I have receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you that I have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your original method of payment
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
In the event your order is damaged and you choose to be refunded, I will ask for photographic evidence of the damage and packaging. Once this has been received I will then issue a refund immediately back to your original method of payment.

In the event you change your mind prior to despatch of your order, please inform me as soon as possible and a full refund will be made to your original method of payment. If the order has already been despatched please refer to the returns policy,
Returns
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. The cost of the postage for the return will be included in your refund once the item has been received back.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
Unfortunately I am unable to offer exchanges unless the item has been received damaged. In the event of this please refer to the damages policy.
