Here are your simple steps on how to use a solid shampoo bar to get healthier, softer hair: Wet both the solid shampoo bar and your hair Short hair – Apply the bar directly to your wet hair (a few swipes or rubbing motions only, it\\\\\'s concentrated!) Now go to step 4 Long hair – Gather up hair (hold in one hand) as if you were putting into a ponytail. Now take the shampoo bar in the other hand and swipe/ rub around the taut hair. Release gathered hair and now separate into sections and swipe/ rub shampoo bar from scalp downwards, in each section. Note: Store in a cool dry place, out of standing water when not in use, to maximise life. |

Retail orders up to £20 are dispatched using Royal Mail 2nd class plus cost of packaging for a fee of £4.00
Orders above £20 are £6.00
WRONG ADDRESS
We will not be held responsible for parcels that are delayed, lost or unable to be delivered, due to the incorrect address being given. In these circumstances no refund will be given on missing parcels until the items are returned to us.
FURTHER INFORMATION
Some factors beyond our control could delay deliveries and make the above information inaccurate. For example, adverse weather, delivery company strikes, public holidays etc. Any such factor beyond our control will exempt us from liability and no refund on delivery will be given in such instances.
Here at Samisu, our customers are our priority and we will always do our best to ensure customer satisfaction. Although we hope that our products arrive to you in perfect condition, we recognise that on rare occasions this may not happen.
Refunds will not be issued for cosmetic products for hygiene reasons.Â
The products are handmade and could have hairline/ minor cracks, slight colour differences or may be slightly impefectly shaped. As with any handmade products, imperfections may be found.Â
If there's any issue with your order such as product shortages, damages or any other discrepancies, these must be reported to us via email at samisu.info@gmail.com within 7 days, starting from the day of your delivery, and by stating your order number followed by your message.
Damaged items - When we send our products to you, we have made sure they are safe and securely packaged. If your order arrives damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition please contact us with photographic evidence. If you have to return, we ask that you repackage the damaged items (after corresponding with us), and send back to us You are liable for return postage. We will notify you when its delivered to us and process your refund or send you a replacement.
You can request a cancellation of your order within 24hours of placing it and a full refund will be issued. Any requests to cancel after this period will be null and void.
