If your order is damaged, incorrect or faulty then I ask that you report damage within 14 days of receiving your order. I ask that you kindly provide me with photos of the product. If your order was damaged during transit please also include photos of the damage to the packaging. If I ask you to return the item, please send via standard rate shipping, and obtain a proof of shipping and receipt for your records (return shipping will be refunded by myself only where proof has been provided). Do not return an item without prior agreement from me. I will then either replace OR refund your order.
Loss during shipment
Should the loss of your order occur during shipment, I will do everything I can to help locate and resolve the situation.
I aim to produce and post card orders within 1-3 business days of an order being paid for. Other items from my store will differ on time scale depending on the nature of the item. No order of any kind will be posted without payment. As my cards and gifts are made to order, and some offer personalisation, I'm sorry but I cannot accept cancellations or returns, nor do I offer exchanges.
