If your requesting for a item to be made , 50% of the final price is required on ordering. This is due to unfortunate customers not completing orders which takes a lot of time.

On custom pieces refunds are none refundable.
If your unhappy then please contact me and we can quite happily sort it out.
All pieces that I make will have some air bubbles in them , with flowers they create air pockets this is because the flowers have to be fully dried. It’s normal to have pieces with mini bubbles in. This makes it unique and shows it’s not factory made. All efforts are made to remove the bubbles.
All jewellery is none refunded if the plastic seal has been broken.
