We sell in the UK only, unfortunately we cannot post abroad.

Postage 75p per card - no discount for bulk buying.

If you want us to send the goods recorded delivery or "signed for", then the postage will be £1.20 per card

Postage will be Royal Mail second class (recorded delivery if specifically requested and paid for) and no guarantees are given as to delivery as this is completely out of our control. No responsibility will be accepted for damaged, lost or undelivered goods.

Refund Policy

We hand make all the cards individually. As a result we do not accept personal orders, the cards listed in the shop are the only available stock.

Because they are handmade they are sold as seen, absolutely no refunds, returns or exchanges will be offered (see below). You buy entirely at your own risk.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have ordered the goods which you actually require. Mistakes cannot under any circumstances be rectified.

Payment will only be accepted using Paypal.

Full payment (including postage) in cleared funds must be received before the goods will be dispatched.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

We usually post the cards within 48 hours of an order being paid for. Cards will not be posted without payment. Because we don't offer refunds we don't accept cancellation or returns nor do we offer exchanges. We would strongly recommend that if you are not sure whether you wish to purchase the card or not that you give yourself some time to consider, as making payment will result in an irrevocable binding contract.
