Shipping Policy

Postage  is charged at Royal Mail 2nd class postal costs unless free postage is included in the price. Packaging costs will be added unless free packaging is included in the price.

Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You have 7 calendar days to return your item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds for commissioned pieces are not possible, but the artist will show you progress at various stages of the artwork so that you can make (up to three) amendments before the piece is finished.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Cancellations are possible whilst the order has not been dispatched, except for commissioned art which will incur a percentage of the final cost once the artwork has commenced for the artists time. This cost depending on how far along the portrait is and how many hours have been spent.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own postings costs for returning your item.
