Shipping Policy
Orders are posted the next day if I have the item in stock.
For small inexpensive items I use a large padded envelope, or small parcel, depending on size. For more expensive items or for large orders, delivery will be by track and signature.
I do not post on Sundays.
Refund Policy
Great care it taken to pack and send goods in perfect condition and a photo is taken of item before posting. Refunds for faulty items are accepted if they are returned within a week, along with proof of damage. Please contact seller if you have any problems.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellation of order is accepted providing the item hasn´t been despatched. Returns of exchanges are not permitted so please be sure before ordering.

Hair/fur colour/clothes colour of both can be changed to suit, as can size of dog, or maybe a cat, or maybe a couple. I make them to order. The real twigs they sit on are as I find them.
