Personalised items are non refundable unless there is a fault with your item. You will be sent a proof to approve therefore please double check spellings and layouts as Charlie By Nature are not responsible for any errors realised after approval and any changes will be chargeable if your item has been started. If this is before your item has been finished we will work with you to keep costs to a minimum.
Personalised orders are final once proof has been approved and are non refundable unless due to a fault with your item.
Non-personalised items can be returned or exchanged however postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless due to a fault with the item.
