All my items are handmade to order therefore they can take between 7 working days before dispatch. I will sent confirmation email on day of dispatch
I post all items with Royal Mail 2nd class. Please allow 14Â working days for your item(s) to reach you. If you do not receive your item(s) within that time period then please send an email to c.mhandmadekeepsakes@hotmail.com
Refund Policy
RETURNS/REFUNDS
In the event that your goods are faulty please send an email to
c.mhandmadekeepsakes@hotmail.com to let me know that you will be returning the item and the reason for return. Please then return your item to our address which i will email on request . I will refund the cost of the item and the postage charge. We do not expect you to return items by recorded delivery but would advise you to obtain a proof of posting certificate in the event that returned goods do not reach me
