  2. Hair Clip style (with edge, no edge)
  3. Base colour (if with edge then 2 base colours)
  4. A little story about person and hair description.

Please note:

  • Beads will be chosen random, you choose the base colour for your hair clip only.
  • An edge can be made only with sparkling felt sheet. 
  • As soon as you make an order, I will send you a letter to confirm; Name, Hair Clip’s Type (with edge, no edge), a short story about the person and character, hair style and hair colour.
  • As soon as you confirm all information, I will send you a sketch with your personalised character.

Shipping Policy

  • Orders are dispatched within 1-5 business (The time depends on the item is already in stock, or I need more time to create your own personalised item)
  • I use Hermes to deliver your item and it takes about 3-5 days the item is delivered.
  • All items are tracked. So as soon as your order was dispatched you will get your tracking number.
  • Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

Refund Policy

  • Please, if item delivered damaged make pictures of it for evidences.
  • We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

  • Buyer pays return postage.
  • I do not accept cancellation if order was dispatched.
