Shipping Policy
As each item is made to order i can have a processing time of 1-2 weeks depending on time needed for materials to be delivered from the supplier, all items will be shipped using Hermes as soon as they are ready for dispatch.Â
Refund Policy
I do not accept refunds as the items i make are made to order to the customers specific design, i will however always try to help if items are faulty but i would never send out a product that i would not like to receive myself. Any damage caused by Hermes will need to be taken up with Hermes as once it has been dispatched its then out of my hands.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellation is fine as long as its within 24 hrs and I have not started working on the item, please feel free to message me regarding this, No returns/exchanges
