Store Policies
Shipping Policy
I use royal mail for small art pieces and My Hermes for parcels. All parcels will include insurance with MyHermes. All parcels will be sent recorded delivery and will need signing for. If you find your item is damaged, please take pictures of it straight away with details of the delivery and I will start the claim procedure with the carrier. I will pass on any insurance awarded to you, once I have received it. All items will leave me in perfect condition.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If you decide to cancel before the item has been sent by mail or courier, then I am happy to issue a full refund.
Returns must be paid for by the customer.
Exchanges are possible. However, you will need to pay at your own cost to send back the original item and then pay postage on the item you are exchanging it for. Must be sent back in the original packaging and it must be in the same condition you received it in.
