Prints: Refunds given on safe return of item in original condition and packaging
Commissions: No refunds are given on completed pieces
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Commissions:
More than 4 weeks notice before starting on your portrait will receive a 100% refund of any money paid.
Less than 4 weeks before will result in a partial refund, the £25 booking fee will not be refunded.
Once work has started on your portrait any refunds will be discretionary.
