I will be using royal mail for small items and My Hermes for parcels. All parcels will include insurance with MyHermes. All parcels will be sent recorded and need signing for (unless you request otherwise). If you find your item is damaged, please take a photo of it straight away with details of the delivery and I will start the claim procedure with MyHermes. I will pass on any insurance awarded to you, once I have received it. All items will leave me in perfect condition.

Refund Policy

Art work is very subjective. If for whatever reason you find you are not happy with the art that I have produced and sent to you. You are welcome to send it back to me (at your cost) and when it has arrived in the same condition it was sent out to you I will issue you will a full refund minus the cost of delivery. Please do not buy a painting on a whim. If you don't think you will love it, as I spend countless hours working on these paintings and put all my heart into them.
