All items are sent 2nd class royal mail, unless other wise paid for. I aim to post on a Monday during the current Covid pandemic. If you require postage sooner, please state this upon ordering.
I cannot be held responsable for any hold up once items have been sent during the current situation.
If your item has been personalised, then no refund will be given. If a mistake has been made on my side, then a replacement will be sent. If the mistake has been made made upon ordering, then a new order will have to be placed, so please check orders carefully.
A refund will only be issued on a damaged card once the damaged card has been shown.
An order can be cancelled for up to 12 hours, after that, it is likly that it will have been started, if not completed.
Personailsed items cannot be returned. Other items must have the return postage paid by the buyer, and will not be refunded the postage.
