In the order description please let me know what size you would like, there is a standard size of 4” but I can make them smaller if you have a smaller pet or a younger pet!

Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days but can take a week to 10 days during busy periods.
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail.
Currently only ships within the UK.

Personalised and custom orders are exempt from refunds.
Refunds for non personalised items may be considered if items arrive damaged. Photographic evidence will be needed to ensure no evidence of foul play.
