Life does not have to be perfect to be wonderful

A beautiful textile and appliqued picture of a happy girl
with her dogs. She is dancing as the dogs sing to her. This piece is made from
a combination of applique,  and
freemotion machine embroidery. It includes a background of beautiful natural
linen, with lots off silk and liberty fabric appliqué. The text is printed to
calico before being attached to the picture 
and simply says “Life does not have to be perfect to be wonderful!

The finished piece measures 36 x 36cm, with the inner mount
in antique white and measuring 20 x 20cm. It comes ready framed with a white
driftwood wooden frame, ready to hang on a wall. As this piece is created by
freemotion embroidery and applique, the odd frayed edge is deliberate and adds
to the quirkiness.
