These beautiful real flowers, petals and greenery have been handpicked professional dryed and encapsulated into crystal clear resin perfect for any flower or nature lover. Every individual letter is unique and made to order, with my items being bespoke handcrafted and custom made this means if you have any requests or want certain coloured flowers this can be arranged for you although Please message in advance to see if it’s possible before ordering! A mixture of petals, flower buds and greenery will be used.

Everything on my shop is made by hand and not a machine so tiny bubbles, bumps and slight imperfections are part of the unique characteristics of my designs.

Uk royal mail are experiencing some delays with our postal services due to the world pandemic. Please allow up to 28days to receive your order in transit if its not uk delivery and being transported abroad. This is due to the global pandemic, staff shortages and social distancing and the uk still remains in lockdown.

-Everything on my shop is made by hand and not a machine so tiny bubbles, bumps and slight imperfections are part of the unique characteristics of my designs

– Flowers/products can naturally create air bubbles, and resin also naturally has micro bubbles. These bubbles can be within the resin piece or sometimes feature on the surface of the resin, creating small holes. I work very hard to minimise these but this is not always possible.

– I send my items via Royal Mail and always retain proof of postage, I pack my items well to avoid damage during transit. I cannot be held responsible for lost damaged or mis-delivered items. Once i have postal recipe of proof of postage your item is no longer my responsibility.

– Please be aware that the colour of the flowers can fade over time due to pigment fade. Keeping out of direct sunlight will minimise this, but some flowers are more susceptible to this than others, this is a natural process that cannot be stopped; however i do use a premium, low velocity, uv resistance resin to help stop this happening! 

I ALSO seal all flowers before encapsulating them into resin also helping minimising pigment fade.

-depending on your own individual screen and light settings some colours may look different in real life.

– Please keep resin out of direct sunlight for prolonged excessive timeframes to avoid any slight pigment fade/yellowing although i do use a premium resin which is UV resistance, 

-wipe with a microfiber cloth to avoid scratches.
