“High Tide” gorgeous sterling silver earrings made with beautiful heart-shaped lampwork glass by one of my favourite lampwork designers, Trudi Doherty. The glass has a beautiful teal and green palette with a gentle swirl on the surface which adds an extra dimension to these earrings. I have added some green Swarovski crystal to really pull the colour out. They really are like looking out into the sea on a sunny day. They are the same gorgeous colour.

All the metal used here is sterling silver so no sore ears. Also, they are not heavy either so no pulled ears.

The length of these earrings, not including the earwires in the measurement, is approximately 3 cm. They are approximately 1.4 cm at their widest point.

*** Please note - due to the current pandemic situation I am only posting out once a week on Fridays. If your order is received prior to 12.00 noon on a Friday then your order will be posted out on Friday. Any orders received after 12.00 noon on Friday will be posted the following Friday***

In usual times, my postal processing is that I aim to post out all items the next business day after payment has been received, however, please allow up to 14 working days for despatch. If you do need something straight away, please message me to let me know. I post all items via Royal Mail first class signed for post. I charge £2.75 for multiple items up to 100 grams. If you are charged more for your purchases and they are 100 grams or less, I will refund any excess postage. In the event that an item you have purchased has just sold elsewhere, I will contact you straight away to let you know and to take your advice on whether you want a refund or would like to wait for me to make the item to order for you. Please ensure that you check your email SPAM folder.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

I abide by distance selling regulations and if you have received an item that you wish to return, please let me know as soon as possible after you have received the item and, in any event, within 14 days of receipt. You must then arrange to return the item to me within 30 days from receipt. If the item is faulty then I will refund you the cost of the item plus postage and return postage. If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, postage will not be refunded. In the interests of hygiene, I am not able to accept the return of pierced earrings unless the item received is faulty. Of course, I will check any item you return, if it is stated as faulty, and will refund if I do find the item to be faulty. If any item is not faulty, I will advise you why it is not considered faulty. Items made as bespoke requests are also excluded from this policy.

I make a lot of my items from semi precious materials that are subject to natural variations. Please also be aware that monitor settings can make things appear a different shade than they actually are. All my photos depict the actual colour of my items and I cannot accept returns due to you feeling that the item is not the exact colour represented in the photo. If I receive a batch of materials containing anything that has an unsightly natural imperfection then I do not use such materials in any of my items. Therefore, I cannot accept returns because you feel that a particular item used in one of my designs is imperfect as semi precious and other materials do contain acceptable natural imperfections.

Many items I make are one-offs. If I send you something and it arrives damaged in the post, I may not be in a position to make you another. In that scenario, upon production of photos of the damaged item(s), I will only be in a position to offer you a full refund. If I have the same materials available to make you the same item(s) then I will send you new items.

If I am making an item for you on request, I will send you photos of the item to approve. If you approve the item, I will not be able to accept returns, unless the item is faulty.
