Store Policies
Shipping Policy
- Orders are posted the next day if I have the item in stock. Orders under £20 are sent Royal Mail second Class. Orders £20 and over require a signature on delivery.Â
- If I do not have the item in stock then I am usually able to make and post out your order sooner, but please allow up to five days for your to be shipped. If you need your order more urgently, please let me know and I will try and make arrangements for that to happen.
- For small inexpensive items I use a large padded envelope, or small parcel, depending on size. For more expensive items or for large orders, delivery will be by track and signature.
- I do not post on Sundays.
Refund Policy
- Great care it taken to pack and send goods in perfect condition and a photo is taken of item before posting.
- Refunds for faulty items are accepted if they are returned within a week, along with proof of damage.
- Please contact seller if you have any problems.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellation of order is accepted providing the item hasn´t been despatched. Returns or exchanges are not permitted unless refund policy is met, so please be sure before ordering.

Handmade needle felted picture. I haven´t added text to the woman with dog 2nd image one as it could be the name of the dog - Fido and me - for example, or Chilling with my dog! Hair/fur colour/clothes colour of both can be changed to suit, as can size of dog, or maybe a cat, or maybe a couple. I make them to order. The real twigs they sit on are as I find them.
