We hand make all the cards individually. As a result, as a general rule, we do not accept bespoke orders, the cards listed in the shop are the only available stock.

Because they are handmade they are sold as seen, absolutely no refunds, returns or exchanges will be offered (see below). You buy entirely at your own risk.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have ordered the goods which you actually require. Mistakes cannot under any circumstances be rectified.

Payment will only be accepted using Paypal.

Full payment (including postage) in cleared funds must be received before the goods will be dispatched.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

The cards are already made and we usually post the cards within 2 business days of an order being paid for. Cards will not be posted without payment. Because we don't offer refunds we don't accept cancellation or returns nor do we offer exchanges. We would strongly recommend that if you are not sure whether you wish to purchase the card or not that you give yourself some time to consider, as making payment will result in an irrevocable binding contract to purchase.
