Shipping Policy
Ordinary second class postage is included in the price.
If you want us to send the goods recorded delivery or "signed for", then the postage will be a higher amount of £1.20 PER CARD (No discount for bulk buying). If you wish us to use this method please clearly state in the notes on the order form and ensure that you pay the additional postage fees within your remittance.
Postage will be Royal Mail second class (recorded delivery if specifically requested and paid for) and no guarantees are given as to delivery as this is completely out of our control. No responsibility will be accepted for damaged, lost or undelivered goods.
Refund Policy

We hand make all the cards individually. As a result we do not accept personal orders, the cards listed in the shop are the only available stock.
Because they are handmade they are sold as seen, absolutely no refunds, returns or exchanges will be offered (see below). You buy entirely at your own risk.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have ordered the goods which you actually require. Mistakes cannot under any circumstances be rectified.
Payment will only be accepted using Paypal.
Full payment (including postage) in cleared funds must be received before the goods will be dispatched.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We usually post the cards within 2 business days of an order being paid for. Cards will not be posted without payment.  Because we don't offer refunds we don't accept cancellation or returns nor do we offer exchanges. We would strongly recommend that if you are not sure whether you wish to purchase the card or not that you give yourself some time to consider, as making payment will result in an irrevocable binding contract to purchase.

Hi I'm interested in the same card but with brother on is that possible –
Good evening. Thank you very much for your interest in our shop. We do have a cricket one with "brother" on it in the shop, it is very similar and is the same price. If that is not what you need I can look and see if I have the identical decoupage to the (Dad) card. However unfortunately I am on annual leave until 15th August and cannot make a new one before then. I can, however, if you would like to buy the "brother" one, make arrangements for it to be shipped to you early next week if that would help. Angela (Cottage Cards)
