All domestic/uk orders will be processed within 1-3 days when received from Monday to Thursday (excluding Bank holidays). Orders received Friday to Sunday may take a little longer (3-5days) but I will always do my utmost to package and post your goods as soon as possible.
If you wish to make a custom order, contact me directly. This will of course affect the shipping time depending on the complexity of your order.
I ask customers to share the cost of postage within the UK. Most of my products will fit in the small parcel category for Royal Mail. The cost to you is £2.50 and I pay the rest (as well as covering the cost of packaging). If the value of your order is greater than £35 then postage is free.
At present, I only regularly ship to the UK but international customers can contact me directly to discuss cost when wishing to purchase an item or make a custom order.
I care about the environment and where possible I use recycled or re-used packaging materials. I do use plastic posting bags at times as these are lighter and they are good at protecting woollen goods from rain and damp. The bags are made from re-cycled plastic. I would ask that you dispose of them considerately. Other packaging items such as cardboard boxes and bubble wrap will have been re-used several times, so may show some signs of age!
Lost or Damaged items
I will ensure that your item is in good condition when it is sent. I also obtain a proof of posting whenever I send an item. Shropie Sheep cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged by Royal mail. If you would like to upgrade postage to include signature and insurance please contact me directly to arrange this.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me to discuss options. In general, I will accept a return but you must pay the postage and the goods must be in good condition when I receive them. Refund will be made via Paypal direct to the e-mail used for the original payment.
