for large personalized orders cancellations can be made within 2 weeks of orders.

Full refund excluding p&p will be made excluding personalized items.

If parcel has not been  received by you, contact Royal Mail stating date it was dispatched.

confirmation email / message (with copy of proof of postage) will be sent when items have been dispatched.
