For refunds; if you wish to return your order, you must let me know in writing (email/facebook essage accepted) up to 14days of receiving your order. You must then return the items within 14days of notifying me.
2) Once received by me, you will be refunded the total cost of your order within 14 days
* You are liable for the postage cost of any returns, unless items arrived damaged/faulty *

** I can not be held responsible for returns lost in the post, so purchasing a tracking option is recommended **

3) Please return items in the same packaging they were delivered in (if possible)
4) If it is deemed items have been handled unreasonably (more than for example handling something in a shop) and the value of items has been reduced as a result , a deduction to this effect will be deducted from your refundable amount.
5) If you are cancelling/returning a partial order, the original cost paid for the relevant item being returned will be refunded as per the terms & conditions above.
