Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt, but return postage will be at the buyers cost.

Please contact me ASAP if you wish to cancel an order, however if it has already been dispatched then it will be treated as a return. 

Custom items once made are not refundable, unless faulty. A charge will be applied for the drying of any flowers if they have been received and the cost of returning them if an order is later cancelled.

No exchanges unless the item is a custom and has NOT been made, e.g. within the planning and designing stage.
