Ready made items are shipped within 1 to 3 working days of payment. Made to order items will typically take between 10 to 14 days to produce and be posted, but exact time depends on the item concerned. Standard postage is Royal Mail First Class, with optional upgrades available for tracked and signed. Shipping costs include the price of postage paid and packaging materials. At times due to special circumstances these shipping timescales may change, and I will do my utmost to communicate to you clearly if this is the case.
Customer satisfaction is important to me. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you should let me know as soon as you can. I will want to find the best resolution so you can be completely satisfied. If after contacting me, you decide to go for a refund you will need to return the items unused and in their original packaging at your own expense, after which I will refund you the cost of your purchase. You can do this up to 14 days after you receive your item. Made to order items, that have been produced bespoke are not eligible for a refund unless they are faulty or differ significantly from the description or your request. I regret that items that have been worn, used, or washed and are not faulty cannot be returned for a refund. Your statutory rights are not affected. During the COVID-19 pandemic there will be a “restocking” charge on any returns to cover the time and materials needed to clean any returns, out of an abundance of caution. This helps to keep everyone safe.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Bespoke orders (made to order or customised items) cannot be cancelled. I will often start to work on an order within 24hrs of receiving a commission so I cannot allow cancellations sorry. If you decide, for whatever reason, you no longer want the item please contact me to arrange whatever partial refund may be appropriate. Should I need to cancel your order for any reason I will inform you immediately and issue a full refund. Cancellation of ready made item orders can only be performed until they are shipped. Once the item is shipped you must refer to the refund policy for your return. If you decide you wish to exchange an item for a replacement when the item is not faulty (such as to change the size, or colour), you are responsible for the cost of the return postage. The exchanged item will need to be unused, unworn, and exactly as it was when you received it. Where there is a difference in price between the exchanged item and the replacement item the difference will be refunded or an additional charge will be made as appropriate. Once the returned item is received, your replacement will be sent to you as soon as possible.
If you should find a fault with an item and desire a replacement, then please don’t hesitate to contact me and let me know the issue. If you can show the fault via photograph it may not be necessary to return the faulty item to get your replacement. If I deem it is necessary, you will receive the cost of return postage, as a gesture of goodwill, as a refund on your next purchase. Your replacement will be sent to you as soon as possible. If you need an exchange for an item that is out of stock you may be offered money off an alternative purchase or be notified when the item can be made again. Many of my pieces are one of a kind and cannot be reproduced.
