All items will be shipped by Royal Mail, products will be shipped within 3-5 business days of order being placed. Due to the ongoing Covid19 pandemic some delays are to be expected and outwith our control.
Although all necessary steps and care is taken to ensure that your wax melts are reach you in perfect condition, we cant be held responsible for any breakage made in transit, Our wax products can still be used just the same and will still smell and perform the exact way they should.
Our refund policy will only be available if you have received a defective item, (not if you have received wax broken in transit)
Refunds will only be made once defective item(s) is returned to seller.
Full refund and returns cost will be refunded to buyer.
Returns will only be excepted if the item is classed as being faulty again this does not include broken wax.
Returns should be made at customers costs unless there is a MANUFACTURING FAULT with the item (this does not include wax breakage in transit).
