All orders will be shipped using Royal Mail recorded delivery and aim to be posted within 5-7 working days.
Refund Policy
No refunds on customised items unless damaged, proof of damage will be required. Any refund issued will be in the form of a voucher redeemable in my shop.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
No returns/exchanges on customised items. I reserve the right to keep 10% of any payment made for customised items if they are cancelled once making them has commenced
