All orders will be sent by 2nd class recorded Royal Mail delivery. Parcels should be received within 7-10 days of posting.
Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days of the customers order.
Custom orders will be ready and shipped within 7 days of customer order date and sent by 2nd class recorded post as stated above.
Full refunds will be given if the item does not arrive or gets damaged during delivery.
If item is received and is not to customers satisfaction or customer changes their mind, a full refund will be issued on return of the item.
Payments for custom orders are taken in advance. Refunds cannot be issued on custom orders.
Orders can be cancelled at anytime (please see returns policy for custom order cancellations).
If you wish to cancel an order please notify me as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary dispatch.
