Shipping Policy

Items should be delivered within 5 working days unless it’s a special order where we will advise you of approximate time scale.

Deliveries of small items such as small canvases and jewellery are currently being sent by Royal Mail, second class post and larger, heavier items by Hermes Standard Service which collects and delivers parcels.

Refund Policy

We hope you will be very happy with your purchases and not need to return them. Please email or message with any queries about the product prior to purchase to; acrylicexpressions@hotmail.com , via our shop front on this site or facebook page ‘Acrylic Expressions’

Acrylic Expressions will refund under the following terms

Items must be returned within 14 days, unworn, unused and in the same condition as it was sent.

If Items have clearly been used or damaged after receipt, no refund will be given.

We are unable to accept returns on personal items such as earrings due to hygiene standards.

Bespoke orders are not returnable or refundable as they are usually one off pieces made for the individual requesting it.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

NO REFUNDS or RETURNS on EARRINGS due to hygiene standards.

BESPOKE ORDERS - 50% Initial Deposit is required of the Initial Quote, changes and additional costs will be advised and added to the final balance, you will be informed, during the process of making via email and photos. Bespoke Orders are non - refundable due to the one-off nature of the item.

Cancellation of Bespoke Orders needs to be within 24 hours to ensure your initial deposit can be refunded, once I have placed an order for the stock to make your item your deposit becomes non-refundable!

GENERAL STOCK ITEMS can be returned within 14 days should the item not suit but the item must be returned NEW as it was sent out and not worn, damaged or used in any way!

Please note you will be responsible for the cost of return unless faulty.

All items are made with care but with all handmade items there may be minor differences as they’re not machine made and slight differences will occur.
