Items can be returned for any reason if they are posted back to me within 14 days of receipt of an item. It's important that you contact me prior to posting to confirm the return is acceptable and the postage details for returning the item. However, this may not be the case for custom-made items which I cannot resell. Please be aware that all Bracelets and Necklaces are made to order and take a considerable amount of time to make so refund will be subject to deduction for time. It is essential that items be returned to me in the same condition as they were received by you or the return cannot be accepted. Please note that unless the return is due to a mistake on my end, postage costs for both the delivery and the return cannot be refunded. Also note that if an item is damaged in transit back to me, I may be unable to refund the cost, so please ensure items are well packaged and insured/tracked if you are concerned it could be lost.
