Please consider that all of our products are handmade. We are a small business and do not make our products in large batches. Therefore, please be aware that there may sometimes be a turnaround time of up to 10 days.
We will be happy to refund your product in the event of any damage or default where Amber & Tonic is at fault. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. If it appears that your candle has not been burnt correctly as per our candle care instructions, then unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate a refund. We strongly recommend that our candle care instructions are read upon purchase and followed correctly to ensure to best possible burning experience.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of your original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Made from 100% soy wax. Our wax melt snap bars contain six cubes for your burner, which are easy to snap off. Small but mighty, our soy melts will fill your home with beautiful fragrance. Individually hand-poured, our melts can be used as many times as you like until all the wax has been evaporated in your burner! Once finished, snap off another cube and off you go! Our Wax melts packets are both recyclable and biodegradable. Hand poured at our home in Surrey.
