This wonderful design was inspired by a Roman mosaic at the Burrell Collection in Glasgow, Scotland.

This design would look equally well in a traditional or contemporary setting.

Once complete, the finished work can be made into a cushion, footstool cover, bag front, wall hanging or picture.

Using a single stitch throughout, this design would be suitable for any level of experience.

Sewn using Victorian cross stitch, no need for a frame.
