Standard shipping within the United Kingdom is free. This will take 2-3 days to arrive following completion of your order.
If you require your order quickly, this can be paid for at the time of the order - please send me a message and we can work out what's best!
International shipping is available; costs will be calculated at time of order.
These are unique, handcrafted items, the majority of which will be custom orders. Returns, therefore, cannot be accepted, unless there is a clear fault with the product. Clear photographs will be taken prior to sending the item so that customers can see the finished product and how it is being packaged up and sent.
Communication is key so if there is anything you are unhappy with along the way, do let me know!
Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled as orders are handmade from scratch and customised accordingly. Unless an item is clearly faulty, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
