You have the right to cancel any orders before I post and refunds will be given.
UK customers by law have 14 days from receipt of goods before they need to be returned in the original condition and shipped at your cost. Please ensure that all artwork is securely packaged. Once goods have been received and checked they are in the same condition they were posted in, I will issue the full refund of the artwork via bank transfer or cheque (whichever is best for you). On the rare occasion a damage happens in transit, the same procedure regarding shipping back to me, should follow.
