Turn around varies on whether the item is readymade or custom.
Readymade items are a 5 day dispatch.
Custom items can take up to 8 weeks, depending on the flowers and quantity to dry or cast.
Refunds will be via the original payment methods, once the item has been returned in its original condition.Â
Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt, but return postage will be at the buyers cost.
Please contact me ASAP if you wish to cancel an order, however if it has already been dispatched then it will be treated as a return.Â
Custom items once made are not refundable, unless faulty. A charge will be applied for the drying of any flowers if they have been received and the cost of returning them if an order is later cancelled.
No exchanges unless the item is a custom and has NOT been made, e.g. within the planning and designing stage.Â

This beautiful 3D resin flower polygon contains real yellow and white flowers .
This piece include lights and is the only piece I have ever sold in this style. The lights do flicker slightly, but have been tested regularly and are well secured. The battery can be changed.Â
