Exchange policy

Unfortunately Maid of Yarn does not offer cash/credit refunds. However we will happily exchange an item if in the unlikely event that it is faulty.

Please contact Maid of yarn within 24hrs of delivery with a request for an exchange and any photos showing the fault.

Please return the item within 10 days of your request and accept responsibility for postage on the return item. Maid of Yarn will not be able to accept responsibility for any returned/exchanged items lost or damaged in transit.

Once Maid of Yarn receives and has accepted your returned faulty item. A replacement item will be returned to you with postage covered by Maid of Yarn.

Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately once an item has been purchased Maid of Yarn is unable to cancel it. So please check details in listings before purchasing. Maid of Yarn would happily help with any questions or queries you may have on an item before you commit to purchasing.
