Depending on the item bought we require 1-3 working days to process, make and ship your order.
We currently use Royal Mail standard class which takes 2-4 business days to arrive.
Cancellation
We can only accept cancellations up to 2 hours from submitting your order.
Damaged Items
If you receive an item which has been damaged in transit please notify The Aurora Effect within 3 working days with a photograph. We will send out a replacement.
Change of Mind
We can accept returns/exchanges if you change your mind on an item within 7 working days of receiving said item. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or issue a refund for any item which has been personalised ie has a name, date or personal message.
