Terms and Conditions
Shipping Policy
- All framed butterflies are shipped through Royal Mail Special Delivery Service before 1pm. Cost of shipping is included in the price.Â
- All items that are already completed must be paid in full before despatch
Refund Policy
- If an item arrives damaged a full refund will always be given
- Commission Orders - I will ask for a 30% deposit to purchase materials needed for that order. This is NOT refundable
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
- Commission orders that are paid in full but then cancelled. Please note 30% of that payment is NOT refundable as materials for your order will have been purchased
- If you leave a deposit, cancel, and then later see the item that was made for you being offered at a reduced price, it will be sold on a first come first served basis and you will not be first in line to then decide to purchase
- Returns of pre-completed items will be accepted however commission work will NOT be accepted for return or exchange.
