If your requesting for a item to be made , 50% of the final price is required on ordering. This is due to unfortunate customers not completing orders which takes time.
To clean product wipe clean with non harsh products.

On custom pieces refunds are none refundable. Please read the description for sizes and colours etc.
If your unhappy then please contact me and we can quite happily sort it out.
All pieces that I make will have air bubbles in them , with flowers they create air pockets this is because the flowers have to be fully dried. It’s normal to have pieces with mini bubbles in. This makes it unique and shows it’s not factory made. All efforts are made to remove the bubbles.

Custom orders are none refundable.
Ready to be shipped items are non refundable but can be exchanged if faulty for the same amount of value.
All jewellery items are none refundable if the plastic seal has been broken and item is not faulty.
All customs orders are none refundable. They require 50% of the final price upfront before I start making your beautiful bespoke piece.
If you wish to cancel your order you have placed- you have 24hours to cancel your order from paying. Meaning this will take custom orders two-three days extra to craft depending on the size of your item.
There is no exchanges available.
If you wish to return your items that aren’t custom orders then they must be returned as soon as possible and in original state that I sent them in , once I have received I will refund.
