🇬🇧🇬🇧 Handcrafted in my studio in Lincolnshire UK – fully eco friendly earrings made with 925 eco silver, a recycled Fully traceable silver purchased from a bullion dealer in Birmingham uk. I used 0.8mm eco silver wire to form the ear wires by hand and to make the mount for the wooden Rainbow Butterfly.

♻️♻️ Also handcrafted are my gift boxes from recycled kraft card, eco acetate, double sided tape, matching gift tag , box and tag hand stamped hen hand tied with paper raffia, all reusable or recyclable on the compost

Shipping within 1/2 working days

Deliveries send Recorded Delivery by Royal Mail or Special Delivery Only.

Deliveries are weight dependant and price dependant to cover insurance.

Individual Smaller items by letter post

** 2nd Class Recorded Delivery from £2.50 up to 250g large letter post (aim 3 days - insured up to £50)

Larger Items or Multiple Items by Small Packet

** 2nd Class Recorded Delivery £4.50

Or for Fast Next Day Delivery by 1pm

** Special Delivery - £7.50 (delivered next day by 1pm - insured up to £500)

Bespoke requests delivered after full payment and after agreed time to make, this is determined by the orders being processed on a one off basis! Karen will keep you advised and notify when item is complete and ready for despatch.

Refund Policy

Uspoke Artisan Jewellery will refund under the following terms

must be returned within 14 days, unworn, unused and in the same condition as it was sent.
If Items have clearly been used no refund will be given.

We cannot accept returns on personal items such as earrings due to hygiene standards.

Bespoke Items - Special Orders are payable by 50% of the price quoted, once your order is ready the final 50% needs to be paid before dispatch

Bespoke orders are not returnable or refundable as usually one off pieces made for the individual requesting it!

We do hope you wont need to return your items and you will be happy with your purchases!

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Bespoke Orders will cost 50% of the full price of the item when placing an order, final payment prior to delivery plus agreed postage.

Bespoke Orders are non - refundable due to the one-off nature of the item.

Cancellation of Bespoke Orders needs to be within 24 hours to ensure your initial deposit can be refunded, once I have placed an order for the stock to make your item your deposit becomes non-refundable!

Items can be returned within 14 days should the item not fit or doesn’t suit but the item must be returned NEW as it was sent out and not worn or used in any way!

Please note you will be responsible for the cost of return and your refund will be minus the initial cost of sending, unless faulty.

Bespoke one-off Orders will not be refunded!
